1What Information We Collect
When using the MSR 360 Solutions Client Portal, we collect and store:
- Account & Contact Data: Name, business email, company name, and phone number.
- Brand & Project Media: Vector logos (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF), brand imagery (PNG, JPG, WebP), promotional video testimonials (MP4, MOV), and design assets.
- Written Testimonials & Feedback: Star ratings, quotes, author attribution, and publication permissions.
- Security Audit Telemetry: Timestamped login events, IP addresses, and download timestamps to safeguard your account against unauthorized access.
2How We Use Your Assets
Your uploaded assets are used exclusively for:
3Asset Storage & Download Integrity
Your files are stored within dedicated, encrypted object storage buckets. All transfers utilize TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest.
When our engineering team downloads your assets for web deployment, downloads are executed via time-limited presigned URLs directly from storage to extract your original uncompressed files without loss of quality.
4Your Rights Under GDPR & UK Law
As an MSR 360 Solutions client, you maintain the following rights:
- Right to Access: View all current files, quotas, and submissions anytime via your dashboard.
- Right to Rectification: Request correction of any account information or brand assets.
- Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request permanent deletion of all stored media, logos, and testimonials. Upon request, all data is permanently purged from active storage and database records within 14 business days.
- Right to Restrict Processing: Request that certain assets or testimonials be un-published or removed from public web staging.
